161 Granby, known to most of us as “The Leaning Tower of Granby,” is a stately old gem that was once the swank Hotel Savoy.
Developer Frank “Buddy” Gadams plans on turning it into 42 apartments above street level retail, but first there’s that lean that needs straightening out.
