The summer has many offerings for all areas in Hampton Roads, but this weekend is an especially good time to visit Norfolk. Downtown Norfolk Restaurant Week is in motion, you can learn about the art in the NEON Art District, take a Hawaiian-themed bike ride, jump into the world of Stranger Things, and more.
