Enjoy breezy-beach afternoons of rockin’ music or serenades under the stars at the Virginia Beach Neptune Festival’s Boardwalk Weekend. Bring your beach chair or blanket and enjoy the musical offerings of 27 performances on three festival stages from September 28th through 30th.
Add to that an internationally renowned sand sculpting contest, a 250-artist art and craft show, a volleyball tournament, 8K Race, a Grand Parade and loads more, and you’ll understand why this is a can’t-miss weekend.
Local, regional and national recording artists will perform next to the boardwalk at 17th, 24th and 31st streets. Headliners include Gin Blossoms, Toad the Wet Sprocket, The Devon Allman Project with special guest Duane Betts, Cowboy Mouth and The Delta Saints.
