Hailing out of their home base of Dayton, Ohio — Metalcore stalwarts, The Devil Wears Prada, hit the NorVa last night joined by Thousand Below, Silent Planet, and Veil of Maya.
After a series of shows earlier in the year with Anthrax and Killswitch Engage, the band is on tour in full support of their 2016 release : Transit Blues. The group showed up in full force with their usual hi-energy show, drawing an impressive crowd of fans both young and old. Skipping needless onstage banter, lead singer Mike Hranica kept the pace of the evening moving quickly to the delight of the masses.
All of the opening bands gave solid performances, but Veil of Maya drew a particularly strong response from the crowd.
