Saturday, November 22nd at 7pm marks the beginning of six weeks of Holidays in the City festivities with the illumination of downtown Norfolk’s skyline followed by the ABC13 Grand Illumination Parade presented by OneMain Financial and produced by the Downtown Norfolk Council.

- Early bird parking rates of $2 at city garages until 5pm.
- Pre-parade entertainment along the route from 5-7pm.
